For all those young drivers out there
Driving points on license
I was wondering if you could give me your opinions on the following topic.
I've been driving for about 22 months now so just under 2 years. I have always disagreed with the fact that in your first two years of holding a full UK driving license the points limit is 6. If you happen to hit that marker, you would be forced to retake all your tests and apply for a new license.
I am sure some of you are thinking this doesn't really affect me because of nearly completing the 2 years, or have completed the 2 years, but I know for a fact that there are a lot of you out there who must have an opinion about it.
I personally think it should be 1 year, that's the year you should be extra careful as a new driver so therefore breaking the rules should mean you are punished.
Do you think it should exist in the first place?
These are all questions that could be answered.
I would be happy to hear your views.
