Newly crowned Materchef would like to return to Dorset !What could be more mouthwatering for the people of Dorset than Masterchef winner Steve Groves returning to Dorset to open his own restaurant.
28 year-old Steve was formerly a chef at Brankesome Beach restaurant on Poole seafront. He currently works in London and said he plans to stay there for a while as he wants to work for some of the top chefs and learn from the best.
He went on to say that Dorset is an amazing part of the world and that he would be quite happy to settle down in the county. Ideally he would like to have his own restaurant that served good British food with a modern twist.
Steve who originates from Essex moved to Bournemouth from America because his father lived in the town before sadly succumbing to cancer. His sister was also at Bournemouth University.
Steve currently works at exclusive restaurant Launceston Place, where his colleagues described him a "a great guy."
