Honeybrook Farm is another favourite just outside Wimborne. 

 

Honeybrook Farm is part of the Gaunts Estate. Visitors are free to wander in 84 acres of river meadows, woodland and stunning Dorset countryside. Walking trail maps are available in the shop. Activities for children include:- giant adventure playground, toddlers play houses, farm animals to meet, tractor trailer rides.

The Honeybrook cafe serves delicious coffee, home made cakes and light lunches, using Honeybrook produce whenever available. They will happily make you a picnic to enjoy as you stroll around the park, just call in advance or ask on your arrival at the cafe.

Take the family to Kingston Maurward on 13th and 14th March for the Spring Lambing Weekend welcoming the new arrivals.

Ford Abbey and Gardens is well worth a visit situated just ouside Dorset and into Somerset and they are offering mum a posy of wild flowers on her special day.

The selection of Hotels, Restaurants, B & B's and self-catering facilities is second to none. From award winning restaurants to a Dorset Cream Tea there are no end of eateries.
