Dorset bodybuilder Sean Ferguson has been crowned Mr Great Britain. 10 small meals a day as well as pumping iron and keeping fit in an unusual way for a bodybuilder by playing table tennis.
He's very much enjoying his success. He says: "It feels great. Its four years since I last competed and to win it after that length of time is great. I'm 38 now, so i'm still going!"
Sean, who trains in Dorchester, goes to the gym around four times a week and eats his 10 meals a day each containing a strict 250 calories. This sounds a lot but for Sean it is crucial that he eats the correct food and that its of a high quality.
Sean is continuing to train and is in preparation to enter up and coming events some of which include international titles.
